Under outlook 2002/XP/2003 a couple of email endings will be blocked
(among all exe-files)because of security reasons: For some users this
limit goes to far.

With outlook tuner XL you can activate blocked file endings in
Outlook (sp3), Outlook 2002 (xp) and Outlook 2003.

The lite version is for free and has the following limits:
- Only a few file endings can be activated
- Outlook Tuner Lite finishes while activating
- You cannot add own file endings
- The commandline function is disabled
